Simulation Results
Output Data
The output of XBlast4D is a computed model of the blasted rock mass, comprising the following components:
Digital Muck Pile Model
A complete 3D model of the displaced mass in vector and raster formats:
- Muck pile surface geometry
- Internal structure of the muck pile
- Spatial distribution of material
Displacement Map
Visualization of the directions and magnitudes of rock mass displacement:
- Displacement vectors for each calculation block
- Integral deformation map
- Data for excavation planning
Particle Size Distribution
Prediction of the fragmented rock size distribution:
- Particle size distribution curves by muck pile zone
- Fraction distribution tables
- Cumulative yield charts
Quality Distribution
Spatial distribution of the ore component within the muck pile:
- Component concentration maps
- Loss and dilution zones
- Recommendations for selective mining
Export Formats

Project Export
After the calculation is complete, the obtained results can be saved as a separate project. This allows you to capture the current state of the model, including source data and simulation results, for subsequent use, transfer to other users, or archival storage.
To save a project, you need to:
- Go to the Projects tab.
- Select the project to save.
- Click the Export button.
After executing the command, the system will automatically create a project archive file in .zip format.
The archive will contain:
- all loaded source data used in the calculation;
- project settings;
- simulation results;
- service files necessary for proper project restoration in the system.
The created archive can be saved to the local computer or transmitted to other users.
Import of Saved Project
Previously saved projects can be loaded back into the system at any time.
To do this, it is necessary to import the project archive file. After loading, the archive will be automatically unpacked, and the data contained in it will be restored in the system.
As a result of importing:
- all input data used in calculations will be automatically loaded;
- results of previously executed calculations will be restored;
- the project will appear in the system as a separate project, ready for viewing, analysis, or further modeling.
Thus, the Export and Import functions allow convenient transfer of projects between workstations, storage of simulation results, and reuse of prepared data.
Compatibility
Exported data is compatible with:
- Mining GIS systems (geological and mining information systems)
- CAD systems (computer-aided design systems)
- 3D platforms via exported OBJ files
- Spreadsheet applications via CSV files
All visualizations rendered by the frontend module can be integrated with third-party 3D platforms via exported files.
